Brooks family {real} postpartum session

First off, thank you for viewing this post.  This has so much of my heart in it.  For awhile now, I have wanted to capture postpartum in it’s pure beauty.  That being said, going into the session I really didn’t know what exactly I wanted, but after spending an hour and a half with this amazing family, I loved every bit of real life that I was able to capture.

Dad was blissfully holding baby so sweetly when I arrived and the retired baby (middle child) welcomed me so warmly.

Yes, you still do look pregnant for quite awhile after you deliver.

I hope you enjoyed this session as much as I did.  I would love to know your feedback and I would love even more to capture moments like this for your family.

Huge thanks to the Brooks family for embracing the wild crazy beauty they have and letting me share!  Oh and you have to follow their hilarious family blog at Life as of Late.
